Registration Fee

There is a $40 annual registration fee per family due at the time of registration. These fees are non-refundable and can be paid within your family account. 

Tuition Payments

The table below shows our monthly tuition, which is based on the number of classes taken per week for each family. Tuition is automatically billed on the 1st of each month. We also offer a 10% military discount, for which identification may be requested.  

Tuition Amounts

Registration Policies

  • Registrations received before the 15th of the month will be charged a full month's tuition. Those received after that date will be charged a half month's tuition. 

  • The cut off of new student registration is March 1st in order to ensure that all dancers are well prepared for the end of the year recital. 

  • Classes will have to have 3 students in order to continue. If a class does not meet this minimum, students will be given a choice of comparable, alternative classes. 

  • Any returning families will need to ensure that their billing information is correct and up to date. This can be done in the parent portal. 

Tuition Policies

  • All payments will be managed through your family account. By registering at Trilogy Dance Collective, you are authorizing us to automatically bill your credit card or bank account that is on file at the time that the payment is due. These due dates will be specified in the fee schedule received upon registration. 

  • Auto-payments are secured in our system. All major credit cards are accepted as well as direct debit payments.  

  • Tuition payments are based on the full season of dance, including school and holiday breaks.

  • Tuition is auto-billed on the first of every month. 

  • Military families will be offered a 10% discount. 

  • Families enrolled in more than 1 class will receive a discount per additional class. 

  • Withdrawal from a class before the 15th of the month will result in the payment of half of that month's tuition. Any withdrawals after the 15th will result in a full tuition payment for that month. Notice of withdrawal in writing is appreciated. 

  • If a payment method is declined, families must provide the correct information within 48 hours of notice or a $25 late fee will be issued. 

Other Payments

  • For Recreational Division dancers, a recital fee will be due on March 1st. There will be several options for this fee, all of them will be non-refundable after March 15th.

  • For Recreational Division dancers, a costume fee of between $90 and $125. The specific costume cost will be determined by class age and type. These fees are due on March 1st and are non-refundable after March 15th as we will be placing the orders and they cannot be modified or returned. As we will still be receiving the item, it will be passed on to you regardless.

  • Discounts for military and number of children enrolled do not apply to these fees as they are necessary in full to cover the total costs of the recital.
