Trilogy Dance Collective

"The love in our family flows strong and deep, leaving us memories to treasure and keep."

Niki Rowland
Business Director
A 16-year veteran dance mom, Niki is no stranger to the wonderful world of dance. Her daughter, Madelyn, began her dance education at age 2 and has danced competitively since age 5! Madelyn now joins Trilogy Dance Collective as an Artistic Director.
Business owner, Pharmacist and Choir Director, Niki offers a unique perspective to Trilogy – that of a business woman, compassionate servant, organizational guru AND a mom! She has been in those worn-out dance mom shoes and hopes to use that knowledge to help others make dance a memorable part of their family history.
As CFO, much of her work at Trilogy is behind the scenes, but you will see more of her as the competition season gets rolling. Niki loves to help families new to the competition world navigate that crazy landscape! She is happy to answer all of your questions and even offers classes to teach you all you need to know about being a Dance Mom Extraordinaire!

Dana Blass
Studio Director
Dana’s connection to dance started 10 years ago when her daughter, Therin, took her first ballet class. Since this time she has spent many an hour sitting in a dance studio, watching the positive effects that dance has had on not only her own daughter but so many other young dancers. Dana chose to be a stay at home mom and homeschool Therin from kindergarten all the way through high school (crazy, I know!) and now that Therin is grown and in college she is excited to step into the world of dance in her new role as co-owner of Trilogy Dance Collective. Her love of children, nurturing ways, and boisterous personality will have young dancers feeling right at home in no time at all!

Therin Blass
Artistic Director
Therin discovered her love of dance at age 11, when she took her first ballet class. Since then, she has trained in many styles including: ballet, contemporary, lyrical, tap, and jazz. She began dancing competitively at the age of 12 and continued this until she graduated in 2020. Therin has always said that dance is her happy place and that she cannot imagine her life without it. She is excited to take on her role as Artistic Director and pass this on to her students along with an exceptional training that will help them grow. Ultimately, she hopes to help both her Recreational Division dancers and Competitive Division dancers meet their goals, be the best that they can be, and enjoy their time spent in dance class. When she isn’t dancing or teaching, Therin is a student at Georgia Southern University Armstrong Honors College where she is majoring in Criminal Justice on the Pre-Law track with minors in Political Science and Spanish. A few of her favorite things besides dancing and teaching are animals, family, food, reading, and learning.

Madelyn Rowland
Artistic Director
Madelyn began her dance education at age 2. The smallest in her class, her BIG talent quickly lead her to be invited to join the competition company at age 5! By 6, she was competing as a soloist and has never looked back.
A student of all genres, Madelyn’s love for dance has only grown through the years as she takes on new challenges. She has studied under some of the biggest names in the dance community, including Danny Tidwell, Ben Cameron and David Greenberg. She is known as a “turner” and has developed a passion for choreography.
She is excited to join Trilogy Dance Collective as an Artistic Director and looks forward to leading our competition company.

Calliope Grace Blass
Mascot
Calliope prefers to go by the name Callie unless you are discussing something serious. She is 4 years old and, although she was a rescue, has lived with her family since she was 2 months old. She is a Labrador Retriever-Golden Retriever mix and is especially gifted with extra-cuteness. She is a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you she loves to give loads of kisses. The way to her heart is treats, a few of her favorites are peanut butter, cheese, ice cream, popcorn, and whipped cream. She also loves squeaky toys, playing in the water, bones, and tennis balls. If she is in the mood to show off, she also knows some pretty cool tricks and prides herself as being a big, big helper around the studio (dancing and cleaning).
