Competitive Division Details

The competition program at Trilogy Dance Collective is an exclusive group of dancers selected by Trilogy Dance Collective Directors and staff to train at the highest level.  Dancers who wish to participate in the Competitive Division must be accepted into the program.  Our Competitive Division is split up by age groups, who are enrolled in a set curriculum of classes designed to develop the most technical, versatile, and strong dancers.

 

The Competitive Division is designed for dancers who wish to pursue dance at the highest level of training. The commitment level for the Competitive Division is vast. It is expected that its’ members understand that the obligation is time-consuming, but extremely rewarding. Some of these obligations are as follows:  the dancers will attend 4 -5 regional conventions and competitions, may be required to attend some Saturday rehearsals as well as their required classes in order to prepare for these competitions, participate in group activities throughout the year in order to bond as a team, and many other activities such as fund raising and supporting one another in outside ventures.
